- Whey Protein Powder
- 1tbsp Ground Flaxseed
- 1 tsp of Nut Butter (Almond, Pearnut)
- 1 green banana
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- A small chunk of fresh ginger root
- 2 large handfuls of frozen/fresh berries
- Milk of your choice (cow’s, coconut, almond)
Place all ingredients in a blender then serve. Enjoy!
